Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us and supporting small business. We don't offer a return policy. Unless you have received an item that is damaged or defective. Please email us at info@amnicollective.com with your Full Name, Order # and picture of issue.

Please Note: 

Please note that  the customer is responsible to pay for shipping fees.

Return item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted a return shipping label and instructions will be sent on where to send your package. Return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us first for any return/issues with items at info@amnicollective.com. Items sent back without first requesting won't be accepted.

Clearance sale items /undergarments, accessories are FINAL SALE.

 

 Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds approved will be refunded in the original payment method or you may request a gift card. Please note $5.00 will be deducted to cover return shipping fee. Please check with your bank if payment hasn't been received to your card within 7 business days.



Please email name, order number and issue to info@amnicollective.com. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Sale items, lingerie and accessories are Final Sale and non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@amnicollective.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
