    • What is your return policy?

    Thank you for shopping with us and supporting small business. We don't offer a return policy at this moment due to COVID-19. Unless you have received an item that is damaged or defective. Please email us at with your Full Name, Order # and picture of issue.

    Please Note: 

    Please note that customer is responsible to pay for shipping fees.

    Return items must unworn/unused, have original tags, contain no stains,odor-less, and in original condition.

    If your return is accepted a return shipping label and instructions will be sent on where to send your package. Return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us first for any return/issues with items Items sent back without first requesting won't be accepted.

    Clearance sale items /undergarments, accessories are FINAL SALE.


    • Refunds for Damaged items

    Once we've received and inspected your return, we will let you know if refund was approved or not. Refunds approved will be refunded in the original payment method or you may request a gift card. Please note $5.00 will be deducted to cover return shipping fee. Please check with your bank if payment hasn't been received to your card within 7 business days.


    • I'm missing an item or my items arrived damaged/defect!

    Please inspect order once received and email us immediately with images attached. Claims made after 7 days won't be reviewed. For "Last items in stock" that come damage we will issue Store credit for Original price to use to for exchange.


    • Out of Stock/issue with item-feedback

    We would love to get feedback regarding items purchased so we may know what to restock and advise manufacturer of any issues. Please email with suggestions/restock request.
